Users must verify all property details independently.

3. User Responsibilities

  • To use real and correct information while registering

  • Not to misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activities

  • Not to upload harmful or offensive content

We have the right to suspend or permanently block accounts for violations.

4. Communication & Marketing

When you submit your phone number or email:

  • You allow us and our partners/agents to contact you about properties
    via call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.

You may request to stop marketing communication anytime.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, design, logo, and software belong to Apportals.in.
Copying or misuse is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments (If applicable in future)

For any paid listing services:

  • Payments are non-refundable unless mentioned otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage from using our website

  • Wrong property details provided by third parties

  • Delays or interruptions in service

Users use the platform at their own risk.

We may update Terms anytime.
Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
